BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH RLP INTERIORS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCLUDED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS OR USE THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE.
We reserve the right to change or revise these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms frequently to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that will apply when you make your purchase.

2. Eligibility
Our Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using our services or making a purchase, you warrant that you: a) are 18 years of age or older; b) have not been previously suspended or removed from using our Services; c) have not engaged in any activity that could result in suspension or removal from our Services; d) have full power and authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Terms of Sale
THE BELOW TERMS GOVERN THE PURCHASE FROM AND SALE OF PRODUCTS BY RLP INTERIORS.
THESE TERMS, YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, AND YOUR ORDER, RECEIPT AND USE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU PURCHASE FROM US SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF KANSAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PRINCIPLES (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF KANSAS OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION) THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION. ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT CANNOT BE HEARD IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, SHALL BE RESOLVED IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS OF JOHNSON COUNTY, KANSAS
3.1. All prices on our domestic site are shown in U.S. dollars. Each quote and/or estimate will require payment in full of the product and its components and any known or estimated freight, shipping, handling, and/or fees to facilitate the placement of any orders or the execution of any design plans. Sales taxes will be added to purchases and services as required by law (Designer will not ship or bill to other locations to facilitate avoidance of applicable taxes). Periodically, billing for balances due (or credits) for the actual freight, shipping, handling, and/or fees and associated sales taxes will be invoiced to the client with payment due upon receipt.
At RLP interiors, we make the greatest effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our site content; however data errors may occur, and we make NO WARRANTY as to the site’s accuracy and reliability. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any improperly priced item at any time, even if you have already placed your order. If a pricing error is discovered after credit card processing, we will void the sale, issue a refund via the original payment method, and promptly notify you. You may then decide to repurchase the item at the correct price.
We pride ourselves on maintaining an updated site inventory; however, there are occurrences when an item may sell out before we are able to update the site. Therefore, all products and services we offer are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, cancel all or any part of an order, and discontinue products and services at any time, even if you have already placed your order.
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and ship out your order as soon as it becomes available. If an item is discontinued, we will cancel the discontinued order item and notify you as soon as possible. If an item is discontinued after credit card processing, we will void the sale, issue a refund via the original payment method, and promptly notify you.
3.2. Should any purchased merchandise require a Receiving and Delivery (R&D) Company(e.g. large furniture), the freight cost on the Invoice will be from the vendor to the R&D Company. The R&D Company will schedule delivery of the Merchandise directly with the Client. The Client is responsible for paying the R&D Company directly upon receipt of the Merchandise. Should the Merchandise arrive damaged (from the manufacturer or distributor) to the R&D Company, the R&D Company may contact the Designer. Upon notice from the R&D Company Designer will contact the Client to inform the Client and arrange for replacement merchandise to be sent.
3.3. In the event that the product is shipped directly to your location from the manufacturer or distributor, it is your responsibility to be present to receive the goods and your responsibility to immediately examine the product for damage and/or breakage regardless of the condition of the delivery carton. If the carton is damaged photograph it before you open it. DO NOT SIGN the Bill of Lading OR ACCEPT DELIVERY if the product is damaged. Photograph the damage while the product is still in the carton. It is your responsibility to refuse the damaged product(s); the shipper must allow you to record on the Bill-of-Lading the nature of the damage. Inform Designer by phone and by email immediately. If you accept a damaged product, you may end up owning the damaged product.
3.4. Remote Design projects: (Virtual design and DIY Design projects) It is the exclusive responsibility of the Client to provide accurate dimensions as requested by the Designer. Custom designs and products will be recommended and sourced from these measurements.
3.5. Client understands that all custom-made merchandise including but not limited to, kitchen cabinets, countertops, vanities, window treatments, throw pillows, upholstery, etc., is non-refundable. All sales of custom-made merchandise are final. Client signifies acceptance of custom merchandise, conforming or not, after having a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product.
3.6. Non-custom items ordered on behalf of the client may be returnable, according to the manufacturer’s policy, and will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling are not refundable and shipping cost and applicable administrative time to return to the manufacturer will be billed to the client.
3.7. All suppliers’ prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Should this happen, the Designer will obtain the Client’s approval signature before altering, or canceling any order.
3.8. Manufacturer’s Warranties: You shall have the benefit of all guarantees and warranties possessed by the Designer against any manufacturer. Any written warranties received by the Designer will be given to you for your records at the conclusion of the project. Designer does not warrant or guarantee any products of the manufacturer(s), including but not limited to any fabrics, materials, or articles against wearing, fading, latent defects, or delivery time issues. Client acknowledges that Designer bears no responsibility for fabrics or other materials provided by Client to Designer.

Antiques and vintage pieces by definition are old, collectible, valuable, and desirable because of their age, beauty, rarity, or other unique features. The Buyer must understand that certain antiques by the very nature show wear, blemishes, or defects that are inherent but shall not be considered as defective goods.
