We offer easy and tailored design experiences for our clients using innovative design technologies and personalized service as well as access to the most exclusive and customizable designer furniture available.
Can you work with items I already own?
Absolutely! In fact we love when we can incorporate your sentimental, treasured furnishings and accessories into your project! Be sure to let us know which pieces so we can add them to your floor plan. This is also part of our Measurement Guide if you are pursuing an online, virtual interior design project.
1. Let's Connect If you have questions first, you may schedule a complimentary DISCOVERY CALL with us here and tell us about your project.
2. Client input After you select your package, we will send you our Client Questionnaire to complete along with our Measurement Guide to get us started. You'll receive a design schematic with your floor plans and furniture and décor placed to scale.
3. Refine Your Designs Make up to 3 design revisions at no additional cost. We'll fine-tune your design based on your style and budget.
4. Leave The Rest To Us Our concierge team has you covered. From ordering to installation logistics, your dedicated project manager will handle all of the details.
Once you finish our Client Questionnaire and Measurement Guide, we will schedule a follow-up consultation to go over your answers and any additional questions. Following your consultation, you will receive your design within 10 - 14 business days per design schematic. Project duration typically varies by project, and a timeline will be determined during your initial consultation.
